Whipped Cream
Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup non-fat milk
- 2/3 cup instant non-fat dry milk
- 2 teaspoons honey
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
In a mixing bowl, add the non-fat milk. Place the bowl in the freezer until ice crystals start
to form, from 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from the freezer and with a hand-held mixer, beat the dry
milk into the semi-frozen milk until soft peaks form. Add the honey and vanilla and again beat
until soft peaks form.
This needs to be used immediately to prevent the cream from separating.
Makes 3 cups.
