Tofu Sour Cream
Ingredients:
- 1 package of extra firm tofu, drained
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1 tablespoon Butter Buds
- 1/2 teaspoon brown rice syrup or vegan sugar
Directions:
Place all ingredients in the blender and puree.
This will keep fresh in the refrigerator for up to 10 days. Like most sour cream, water will
often rise to the surface after a few days. If this happens, simply pour off.
