Sandwich Fruit Spread
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces mixed dried fruits
- 1 apple, cored and chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon Matzo meal
Directions:
Put the fruit in a saucepan and cover with water. Cook on medium heat until the fruit is soft
and plump. Cool and place in a food processor. Add the apple and blend until smooth. Stir in
the cinnamon and Matzo meal.
Makes 12 servings.
