Jalapeno Pepper Jelly
Ingredients:
- 1 cup jalapeno peppers, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups cider vinegar
- 6 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 bottle liquid pectin
Directions:
Combine the peppers, vinegar, and sugar in a saucepan, bringing it to a boil. Remove from heat
and set aside for 15 minutes. Return to heat and bring to a boil again, boiling for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add the pectin. Skim off any film; pour into sterilized canning jars, and seal.
