Peach Sauce



Ingredients:

  • 3 peaches, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:

Put 1 cup of peaches in a blender with the orange juice and blend until smooth. Place in a saucepan and add the cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cook while stirring constantly, until thickened. Add the remaining peaches and heat through. Serve warm.
