Peach Sauce
Ingredients:
- 3 peaches, peeled and diced
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Directions:
Put 1 cup of peaches in a blender with the orange juice and blend until smooth. Place in a
saucepan and add the cornstarch, nutmeg, and cinnamon. Cook while stirring constantly, until
thickened. Add the remaining peaches and heat through. Serve warm.
