Lemon Marmalade
Ingredients:
- 12 lemons
- 3 oranges
- 3 quarts water
- Sugar
Directions:
Slice the oranges and lemons very thinly. Add the water; let stand overnight. Cook the mixture
over medium heat until the fruit is tender, about 2 hours. When tender, weigh the fruit and add
the same weight of sugar, cooking until the mixture gels.
