Homemade Orange Jam
Ingredients:
- 4 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 4 cups water
- 3 pounds of sugar
Directions:
Wash the fruit, seed, and cut into small pieces. Place in a bowl and cover with water. Let
stand for 24 hours. Weigh the mixture on a kitchen scale and have the same amount of sugar
ready to use. Cook the fruit on medium heat for 30 minutes. Add the sugar, stirring constantly
until it drips out off the spoon in heavy drops. Pour into jam jars, seal airtight, and enjoy.
