Baked Tofu
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups tofu, sliced lengthwise and 1/4-inch thick
- 1/2 cup sauce (your choice - vegetarian oyster, sweet and sour, barbecue, or other thick sauce)
- Salt
- Garlic Powder
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Coat a cookie sheet with the cooking spray. Place the sauce in a
bowl and dip the tofu into the sauce, covering it evenly. Place the tofu onto the cookie sheet.
Sprinkle with the seasonings and bake for 15 minutes. Turn the tofu over and bake an additional
10 to 15 minutes.
