Cream of Tomato Soup
Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons onion, diced
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can tomato sauce (8 ounces)
- 2 cups rice milk
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In a saucepan, sauté the onion in the soy sauce until tender. Add in 1 1/2 cups of the rice milk
and the tomato sauce. Bring to a boil then mix in the cornstarch and remaining rice milk, stirring
constantly until thickened. Finally, season the soup with salt and pepper.
