Mango Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 3 mangos, diced
- 1/4 cup green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup red onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
- Juice of 1 orange
- Juice of 2 limes
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients and chill for a minimum of 2 hours.
