Mandarin Orange Salad
Ingredients:
- 2 cans chickpeas, rinsed and drained (19 ounces each)
- 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained (10 ½ ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons spicy brown mustard
- 1/3 cup strawberry fruit spread
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients in a saucepan, heating through for about 10 minutes. Serve on rice.
Serves 4.
