Italian Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
- 1 pound spaghetti, cooked and rinsed in cold water
- 4 ripened tomatoes, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 bunch fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
In a bowl, toss the spaghetti with 1/2 of the tomatoes and garlic, season with salt and pepper,
and top with the remaining tomatoes and garlic. Decorate with basil.
