Stir Fry Basmati Rice
Ingredients:
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 green onion, chopped and including tops
- 1 cucumber, cut into rounds
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 1/4 teaspoon ginger
- 2 cups cooked basmati rice
Directions:
Sauté vegetables using vegetable broth or water and add the soy sauce, honey, and ginger, heat
through. Add the rice and heat.
