Stir Fry Basmati Rice



Ingredients:

  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 green onion, chopped and including tops
  • 1 cucumber, cut into rounds
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon honey
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger
  • 2 cups cooked basmati rice

Directions:

Sauté vegetables using vegetable broth or water and add the soy sauce, honey, and ginger, heat through. Add the rice and heat.
