Garlic Rosemary Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Half-and-Half
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 cup red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup carrots, diced
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 cups new red potatoes, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped
- 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dash hot sauce, optional
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients in a crock-pot or slow cooker. Stir until all the ingredients are
mixed well, cover, and cook on low for six hours.
Serves 2.
