Garlic Rosemary Potatoes



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Half-and-Half
  • 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup red onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup carrots, diced
  • 1/2 cup celery, diced
  • 2 cups new red potatoes, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/3 cup red and green bell peppers, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon rosemary, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Dash hot sauce, optional

Directions:

Place all of the ingredients in a crock-pot or slow cooker. Stir until all the ingredients are mixed well, cover, and cook on low for six hours.

Serves 2.
