Garlic Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 pounds potatoes, cubed
- 5 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 cup non-fat yogurt
- 1/4 cup non-fat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Boil the potatoes in water with the garlic until the potatoes are tender. Drain and mash. Stir
in the yogurt and sour cream, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
