Hash Browns
Ingredients:
- 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning mix
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 cup vegetable broth
Directions:
Heat a non-stick skillet for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, onion, green pepper, and seasoning.
Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are brown. Add the broth and garlic. Stir and
cook until the liquid is absorbed, about 8 or 9 minutes.
