Hash Browns



Ingredients:

  • 3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup green pepper, chopped
  • 2 teaspoons Creole seasoning mix
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup vegetable broth

Directions:

Heat a non-stick skillet for 2 minutes. Add the potatoes, onion, green pepper, and seasoning. Stir and cook for 5 minutes until the vegetables are brown. Add the broth and garlic. Stir and cook until the liquid is absorbed, about 8 or 9 minutes.
