Whole Wheat Pizza Dough
Ingredients:
- 3 cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon wheat gluten
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 package yeast
Directions:
Mix the yeast in the water until bubbly. Place in a food processor along with the wheat and gluten.
Mix until a ball forms. Remove and place in a bowl. Cover and let rest for 15 minutes. Punch down
and roll onto a floured surface to a 12 or 14-inch pizza crust.
