Ultimate Pizza Primavera
Ingredients:
- 12-inch prepared pizza crust
- 1 cup fat-free cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 4 cups fresh vegetables, chopped (squash, bell pepper, tomatoes, mushrooms, zucchini, onion, artichokes, etc.)
- Fresh basil, chopped
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Top the pizza crust with the sauce, then the cheese, then all of
the other ingredients. Bake the pizza for about 15 minutes or until the crust is crisp and brown.
