Gluten Recipe
Ingredients:
- 8 ounces gluten
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 tablespoon ginger, minced
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon sweetener
- 2 teaspoons Five-Spice powder
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees. Form the gluten into a cylinder shape. Lightly simmer in water
for 30 minutes until firm. Allow to cool and cut in small pieces. In a bowl, mix the remaining
ingredients to create a marinade. Place the gluten in the marinade and marinate for 20 minutes.
Spray a baking sheet with cooking spray. Remove the gluten from the marinade and place on the
baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes, basting occasionally with the marinade.
