Fruit Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 banana
- 5 large strawberries
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice
- 1/2 cup apple or pear juice
- 1/3 cup fresh pineapple chunks
- 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 10 to 12 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all the ingredients in a blender excluding the ice. Blend until smooth and then add one ice
cube at a time to thicken the smoothie.
Makes 3 cups.
