Fruit Smoothie Recipe



Ingredients:

  • 1 banana
  • 5 large strawberries
  • 1/2 cup cranberry juice
  • 1/2 cup apple or pear juice
  • 1/3 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 10 to 12 ice cubes

Directions:

Place all the ingredients in a blender excluding the ice. Blend until smooth and then add one ice cube at a time to thicken the smoothie.

Makes 3 cups.
