Ginger Root Tea
Ingredients:
- Fresh gingerroot, sliced in small rounds
- Fresh lemon juice
- Honey
- Water
Directions:
In a saucepan, add enough water for the tea you want, times one-half. For instance, if you want
2 cups of tea, you would add 3 cups of water. Add 18 rings of gingerroot for each cup of tea.
Boil for 5 minutes. Reduce the heat and simmer for 45 minutes. Strain the tea and add the lemon
juice and honey to taste.
