Fruit Compote
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen fruits, thawed
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup red wine
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 4 garlic cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- Vanilla yogurt
- Ground cinnamon, garnish
Directions:
In a saucepan, add the fruit, sugar, wine, and spices (except ground cinnamon). Heat for about
5 minutes until the sugar dissolves. Reduce the heat and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. Let cool,
then serve with yogurt and sprinkle with cinnamon.
