Fried Eggs with Vegetables
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can of green beans, carrots, corn, or peas, whichever sounds good (or a combination to equal 1 can) - 10 1/2 ounces
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, chopped
- Chili powder, garlic, or salt to taste (your choice or combination)
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Dash pepper
Directions:
Heat a skillet and spray with cooking spray. Fry the vegetables along with the mushrooms until
tender. Pour in the eggs and toss to cook. Sprinkle with pepper and then your seasoning of choice.
