Banana Chai Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 3/4 cups flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cream cheese
- 2 eggs or egg replacement
- 1 cup banana, mashed
- 1/4 cup Chai tea
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray a 9 x 5-inch baking dish with cooking spray. In a bowl,
mix all of the dry ingredients excluding the sugar. In a separate bowl, blend the cream cheese
until smooth and creamy. Add in the eggs, sugar, and chai, beating until creamy. Slowly beat in
the dry ingredients until nice and smooth. Pour into the pan and bake for 50 to 55 minutes, or until done.
