3 Bean Chili



Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 can red kidney beans, with juice
  • 1 can black beans, with juice
  • 1 can chickpeas, with juice
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
  • Red pepper sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or over rice.
