3 Bean Chili
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 onions, chopped
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can crushed tomatoes
- 1 can red kidney beans, with juice
- 1 can black beans, with juice
- 1 can chickpeas, with juice
- 2 tablespoons ground cumin
- 1 1/2 tablespoons chili powder
- Red pepper sauce
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
Sauté the onions and garlic for 3 minutes until tender. Add the remaining ingredients, mixing
well, and season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve with crackers or over rice.
