Baked Bean Loaf
Ingredients:
- 1 medium can baked beans
- 1 1/4 cups regular breadcrumbs
- 1 1/4 cups feta cheese
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 teaspoons Italian herb blend
- 2 egg whites
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 325. In a bowl, mash the beans and breadcrumbs until blended well. Add in
the remaining ingredients until a stiff dough forms. If necessary, use a little skim milk to thin.
Put the mixture in a loaf pan and bake for 1 hour.
Serves 4.
