Pineapple Egg Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- 6 won ton wrappers
- 6 large chunks of pineapple
- 1/2 cup hot, honey mustard
Directions:
Lay out the won ton wrappers and place a chunk of pineapple in the middle of each. Dap on about
1 tablespoon of the mustard and roll the wrappers up, sealing both ends. Place the egg rolls in
a steaming tray for about 5 minutes. Serve with sweet and sour sauce. For a variation, you can
boil the egg rolls in apple cider for about 5 minutes. The result is a different appearance and
texture but still delicious.
