Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/4 cup tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon dried onion flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Directions:
Sieve the cottage cheese and then fold in the yogurt, blending well. Next, add in the remaining
ingredients, mixing until smooth.
Makes 2 cups.
