Pita Chips
Ingredients:
- 6 low-fat whole-wheat pita rounds
- Vegetable cooking spray
- Mrs. Dash seasoning
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Split the pita bread horizontally into large size discs.
Spray the inside of each with the cooking spray and sprinkle with Mrs. Dash. Cut each into
6 wedges and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes or until crisp. These chips
are excellent for dipping.
