Mexican Salsa
Ingredients:
- 4 tomatoes, chopped
- 2 jalapeno peppers, seeded and chopped
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Directions:
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Let stand for 1 hour for the flavors to blend.
Makes 2 cups.
