Guacamole Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 California avocado (slightly soft to the touch)
- 7 ounces Pace Picante Sauce (medium, not chunky)
- 1/4 teaspoon lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
Directions:
Pit the avocado and scoop the meat into a mixing bowl. Mash with a fork until all large chunks
are gone. Add the lime juice, pepper, salt, and garlic powder and mix in. Add the picante sauce
and mix in. Adjust the amount of picante sauce to change the spiciness. If you can't get Pace
Picante Sauce, then use your favorite salsa, but you may need to adjust the amount.
Serve with tortilla chips, warm flour tortillas, or your favorite Mexican meal. Tastes great on burritos.
