Artichoke Dip
Ingredients:
- 1 package frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and marinated with Italian seasoning and balsamic vinegar
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 package dried mushrooms, soaked in water to re-hydrate, drained, and sliced
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise or sour cream
- Dash of Vegan Worcestershire Sauce
Directions:
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients. Place in a casserole
baking dish and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes.
